Angelica Hospice is Medicare and Medicaid certified, as well as accredited by Joint Commission. We offer a range of services to support patients and their families during this challenging time, including:





  • MD Supervision - Our team includes a 24/7 MD who supervises patient care every step of the way, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care at all times.


  • Volunteer Services - Our trained volunteers provide support and companionship to patients, helping to improve their quality of life and overall well-being.


  • Home Nursing Care - Our hospice and palliative trained RNs provide home visitations for clinical support and care coordination, as well as 24/7 access to an RN line for any questions or guidance.


  • Respite Care - We offer respite care options, providing care at a facility under the supervision of trained caregivers, so that families can take a break from providing care and focus on their own well-being.


  • Social Work Services - Our social workers provide access to community resources, help with placement, and assist with social and psycho-social issues, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need.


  • Medical Supplies/ Equipment - We provide access to all necessary medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that patients have a safe and comfortable space to receive care.


  • Spiritual / Grief Counseling - Our team provides spiritual support and grief counseling to patients and their families, working with community clergy members to coordinate services.


  • Pain Management, PT/OT/ST Services - We provide access to pain management services under the supervision of our hospice MD, as well as PT/OT/ST services, when clinically needed.
